Do you only ship within the UK?
Yes. Biovanta Research currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1:30 pm will be processed on the next working day.
Do you offer next working day delivery?
Yes. Orders dispatched before the daily cut-off are sent using a next working day delivery service where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays.
Do you dispatch orders on weekends?
No. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders placed after the Friday cut-off, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays).
How are orders packaged?
